Introduction 

We are in the beginning stages of a transfer of power.  What the Biden administration will do right away I just don't know but the early indications do not favor a moderrate to conservative shift.  Who will end up running the show is open for now but the Democratic party will have its hands full managing the factions all jockying for their pet ideas on where this country should be taken.  The short term event, the Georgia senate runoff, will set the stage for how things will proceed from there.
